We deliver a variety of services embodied within work delivered as part of an interim management assignment or direct consultancy project. The core outcome from engaging i2i is to secure clarity and certainty in purpose and agreed deliverables.
A typical interim assignment can cover a multitude of management disciplines including but not exclusively; Strategic review, re-structuring, enabling repurposing or a “pivot” in the client business. Operationally David has worked as a CEO, COO and CMO within a variety of business sectors and this experience provides instructing clients with the peace of mind that their business is in the right hands.
Let’s take a look at a recent assignment for a view of David’s approach.
An original short term three month interim appointment as COO for One Year No Beer, in Edinburgh, was extended to eight months. Through his time in the role David supported the founder/CEO and senior management team during a fascinating period for the innovative health, fitness and wellbeing brand. David worked closely with a driven senior management team to meet growth plans, identify and manage risk, secure compliance requirements and IP assets whilst also helping to establish structure within the organisation and engender a strong team spirit.
“David was an exceptional addition to the team, he brought a much needed calming influence and helped establish many operational controls and procedures. He has a great attention to detail and strong leadership skills. I’ve learnt a lot from David and I think in return I gave him a few more grey hairs.”
