No Hype Just Delivery

We deliver consultancy projects and interim assignments.

Engaging i2i will ensure you obtain a clear and focussed approach to meeting agreed deliverables.

Here’s the view of a recent client who engaged i2i and David to assist in the digital transformation of the organisation. .

“It depends on what you’re looking for,  but if that’s someone who listens, understands and commands the brief, someone who will see it all the way through and guide you along the path of your convictions, someone to learn from, who will provide support and someone who will go the extra mile, you’ve come to the right place. I cannot recommend David’s exceptional services highly enough. “

A typical assignment can cover a multitude of management disciplines including but not exclusively; Strategic review, re-structuring, enabling repurposing or a “pivot” in the client business. David has worked as a CEO, COO and CMO within a variety of business sectors and this experience provides instructing clients with the peace of mind that their business is in the right hands.

Let’s take a look at another recent assignment for a view of David’s approach.

An original short term three month interim appointment as COO for One Year No Beer, in Edinburgh, was extended to eight months.

“David was an exceptional addition to the team, he brought a much needed calming influence and helped establish many operational controls and procedures. He has a great attention to detail and strong leadership skills. I’ve learnt a lot from David and I think in return I gave him a few more grey hairs.”
